Here you can submit your request for refund of the difference between the cost of the 9 € ticket and the regular semester ticket.
To do so, you need to verify your matriculation number. This is required, because we have to verify that you paid the semester fee initially and haven't request another refund yet.
If you are eligible, you can enter your bank information and submit your request. You will then receive a payment within the next few weeks.
