We assign the right to speak at the plenary session in accordance with our Rules of Procedure. This means that people from the two speaking lists always alternate. The abbreviation FINTA stands for women, intersex people, non-binary people, trans people and agender people. Anyone who does not feel they belong to the FINTA list will be assigned to the open list.
